Berkshire band Sample The Cat blends Soul, Rock and Jazz to create a dynamic and engaging vibe at all of their shows.
Sample The Cat

Berkshire Busk brings live music to downtown Great Barrington from the community and beyond on Friday and Saturday nights from July to September.

They also bring live music to the Great Barrington Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, the Lenox Farmers Market on Friday afternoons, and Berkshire Mountain Distillers in Sheffield on Saturday Afternoons from July 1 to – Sept. 2 (rain or shine).

Robert Clarke

Robert Clarke’s show has a fast-moving blend of interactive magic, juggling and comedy for all ages.

Electrifunk

Josh Driver, aka Electrifunk, is a live loop musician with music that is influenced by jazz, edm, lounge, hip hop and electro step. He uses his skills to improvise and build songs on the spot, so an audience has a look at all the steps to create a fun upbeat song right before their eyes. Some have called him a “mugician”.

Bruce Bowey & Magic Brushes

Bruce Bowey is an award winning family entertainer that had been wowing audiences of all ages for decades with his comical blend of magic, ventriloquism and balloon twisting.

Dav!d Reed

A well-traveled songster with a songbag full of Caribe-vibe folkrock and cigar box blues, Dav!d Reed will keep you entertained with his skillful fingerpicked guitars, foot percussion, harmonicas and inspired vocals.

Katherine Winston

Katherine Winston is a Singer/Songwriter from Massachusetts. Inspired by the likes of Stevie Nicks, Kacey Musgraves, and Brandi Carlile, she will pull you right in with her honest, relatable lyrics and her emotional, powerful voice.

Kung Fu Comedy Magic

Darren’s Kungfu Comedy Magic show will have you laughing with lots of high energy interactive mind boggling magic. His wit and jokes are off the cuff with improv and his skills are unparalled as it has been honed over 15 years of performing. Come be apart of this fun, jaw dropping performance.

Michael Aaron

Inspired by music icons from past decades, Aaron projects a familiar, but new sound, while bringing back the lyrical tellings of the classic American singer-songwriter. He is originally from Long Island, N.Y., but now lives in the Berkshires.

Kevin Devaney

Kevin Devaney is passionate about people experiencing the arts as part of their daily life without gatekeepers or ivory towers. Devaney has been traveling the world with a typewriter and all the words he can fit in his head since 2016, though his study of poetry precedes that wild jump by over two decades.

Poppy

Poppy, a traveling artist with a passion for body adornment, sets up on the street and offers henna, and at home in Arizona is also a tattooist.

Cate is a 20-year veteran of circus, stage, and street. She’s brought her unique combination of high-skill and original comedy to 11 different countries including: Australia, New Zealand, England, Ireland, Kuwait, Dubai and most of Canada.

Sample The Cat

Sample the Cat is a rising soulful rock band from Berkshire County, MA. Their original music captures audiences with a fusion of familiar sounds from blues, funk, and soul while producing a fresh rock vibe that grooves. If you were to “put the cat in the box,” their sound could be described as if Alicia Keys sang for Foo Fighters.

Saturday Night, September 2 — 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Benjamin Levy

Benjamin Levy is delighted to be performing on the street once again; some of his first performances were several decades(!) ago outside the Crafts Fair at Monument. Since then, he’s appeared everywhere from the Rainbow Room to the White House. But even the most established performers need to break in different material: Come see what’s new!

Lia Pearl

Lia Pearl practices aerial silks, an acrobatic art form that combines feats of strength and flexibility with creative choreography-all while suspended high above the ground.

Colby Lewis Music

Colby plays your favorites from the 1970s and 1980s … Come tap your feet and sing along.

Ryan Leddick

“Soulful, Rhythmic, Folk-Rock”
Based in Troy, NY – Ryan Leddick showcases a collage of musical talents that stop people in their tracks. Blending years of experience, Ryan Leddick weaves his soulful and haunting voice alongside rhythmic guitar lines to create an enticing folk-rock fusion. Having shared the stage with many Broadway notables, Damien Rice, Of Good Nature, and Patty Larkin to name a few.

Timbalanced

Timbalanced is a variety performer hailing from the hometown of P.T. Barnum. Hats will flip, cans will flop, and beanbags will fly as he displays his fun and creative juggling skills.
