This year the Berkshire Museum’s Festival of Trees will move from the museum’s galleries into shops, restaurants and other locations throughout the city of Pittsfield and surrounding communities from Small Business Saturday through January 10.

The festival’s theme invites the community to explore tales from the place we call home. Dive into the history of the first recorded baseball game, learn about the famous figures who grew up on your street, and investigate rumors of mysterious sightings in our hills with a collection of bright and colorful winter displays spread across the city of Pittsfield. Wherever your journey takes you, the stories that unfold in the Berkshires are legendary.

The month-long community celebration will make it possible for more organizations to participate, allow safe social distancing for families enjoying the winter tradition, and encourage foot traffic to local businesses and downtown Pittsfield during the holiday season.
