The Jewish Federation holds a virtual conversation on Community Support for the Emotional Challenges of Living Through a Pandemic.
This program opportunity aims to offer a place for connection and meaningful conversation and mutual exchange of ideas during this time of the pandemic, under the guideance of Ani Nadler Grosser, LICSW/licensed psychotherapist and stress management specialist, who has been facilitating groups for the past 30 years.
In a safe and confidential space, the group will have the chance to openly discuss the emotional challenges of living with uncertainty and the loss of usual routines and connections with family and friends. The focus is on empowering each member of the group, cultivating calm and discovering creative and compassionate ways to care for themselves and each other in this unusual time.
This program is part of series; it will also be held on Thursdays February 4 and 18. You can register for each date as the registration information becomes available. This free program is part of the Federation’s Connecting With Community Series. Save your space here »
