The Mount presents NightWood, a new and ethereal winter landscape that immerses visitors in light, sound, and color. Inspired by The Mount’s unique architecture, landscape, and history, NightWood blends original music, lighting, and sculptural elements to create different experiences of space and place throughout the property.

NightWood was conceived by Chris Boccario of Clerestory Light, in partnership with scenic designer Megan Kinneen and sound designer and composer Greg Hanson. Together, they combine scenic elements, theatrical lighting, and a dramatic score to create five unique scenes that evoke feelings of wonder, mystery, and magic.
