Music Mondays — Union Jack plays the 1960s
July 26 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Union Jack will perform songs from the bands that started on the Ed Sullivan Show in 1964, as well as songs from the late ’60s “Summer of Love” in this summer’s concert series, Music Mondays — The Garden After Hours.
Welcome to the magic hour — after the gates close to the public, the shadows are long and the Garden takes on the soft, golden hues of high summer. The Music Monday series of eleven live concerts will run through through September 20 with performers from the Berkshires and headliners from metro Boston.
You’re welcome to bring a picnic, a blanket or lawn chairs, stroll the grounds, dance and be merry as music drifts from Lucy’s Topiary Garden, a collection of 21 “live” sculptures circling a performance area. Big Elm Brewing of Sheffield will have refreshments available.
Music Mondays will take place rain or shine, but in case of severe weather, concerts will be cancelled and refunds given. In the event of questionable weather, please check the garden’s website, berkshirebotanical.org, or call 413 320-4794 for updated information. BBG is a COVID-compliant facility; they will follow Massachusetts health regulations and as you to, too. Dogs / animals (other than service animals) are not allowed on property or in the gardens.
