HiLo is a new live music venue along the Hoosic River, just east of downtown. A couple of North Adams entrepreneurs have quietly turned the former Quinn’s paint store into an informal stage for comedy, folk and acousitc music, rock and R&B and more.
They hold events several nights a week, all year round, with performers from New England, Boston and New York and beyond.
A food truck from Tres Niños Taqueria in North Adams serves dinner regularly in warm weather, and HiLo plans to bring Tres Niños into their space more fully (says Brian Miksic, a partner at Very Good Property Management in North Adams, who have developed the new space here).
