Co-Founders Sarah Real and Mike Dell’Aquila brew their own beers and ales to serve through their taproom in Pittsfield. They have explored the art and science of craft beer since the early 2000s, homebrewing as well as traveling the world.

Living in Brooklyn, Sarah made the most of a challenging time by brewing on a hot plate, writing and revising her own recipes, and during the pandemic they launched what has now turned into a 7-barrel brewhouse. They are brewing onsite with inspiration (and performances) from many local creative people.

While they brew and serve their own beers, they will also serve wine, cider, hard seltzers and non-alcoholic drinks to create a space where all are welcome. “We know that in an increasingly fragmented world, enabling social connections in a safe and inclusive environment has become more important than ever,” they say, “and we provide a gathering place where you and your loved ones can unburden yourselves from modern life.”
