In the warmer half of the year, the West Stockbridge Farmers Market gathers on Thursday afternoons (from 3 to 6 p.m.) on The Foundry Green from late May through early October, as Amy Brentano, owner of The Foundry, welcomes in the community.

It is a farmers and food producers market,’ offering locally grown vegetables and fruits, artisanal cheeses, eggs, organic meat, maple syrup, jams, fresh flowers, fudge, organic sourdough bread, baked goods and more.

Visitors may find Creature Bread and Cricket Creek Farm cheeses, Berkshire fudge and microgreens, spices from Rolling Rock Farm and pies and cakes from the Sweetish Baker (who has just opened her own new bakery, in the midst of the pandemic, up the road in Great Barrington.) Dandelion Hill Farm brings meats and eggs and cut flowers.
