Lanterns will flicker over Stone Hill tonight behind the Clark Art Institute, and fireflies will glint over Canoe Meadows in Pittsfield, where a writer with the new Mastheads program works quietly in a newly designed studio with an organic shape and a view over the fields. And around them a high summer weekend is sailing in. Joan Osborne will sing in tribute to Bob Dylan at Mass MoCA on Friday Night, as Charles Neville brings New Orleans jazz to the Guthrie Center. And as Tanglewood opens for the season, music and performance fill the hills indoors and out.
