Pastries topped with nuts and frosting gleam at the Break Room cafe in GreylockWorks, in North Adams.

Looking for a peach turnover, a corn taco, a crèpe with local goat cheese? Restaurants and cafés are open across the Berkshires for indoor takeout and food to go, and some for delivery. Many are offering careful ways to dine indoors or out, though their choices can change from season to season.

Looking for lunch right now?

We created this tool to be as comprehensive as possible, not a set of recommendations for places I’ve been to — you can find those on the restaurants page — but a full list as restaurants come and go, and a tool to find one open near you, quickly, no matter when you’re looking. You can search here by town, for places open right at this time and more.

I am updating this list regularly to keep it as comprehensive as I can (last updated in February / March 2022), and if you’re looking for any place you don’t see here yet, feel free to let me know at KateAbbott@btwberkshires.com.
